Job summary

Entri Jobs is seeking a skilled MEP Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Kozhikode, Kerala. The role focuses on comprehensive design and coordination of building services, ensuring all systems meet technical and safety standards for high-rise or large-scale projects.

The ideal candidate will lead detailed MEP drawings and calculations, coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems, and utilize BIM tools to resolve clashes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in high-rise or large-scale commercial building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks.
• Strong ability to perform complex load calculations and design documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed MEP design drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Design and coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems.
• Perform critical load calculations, including HVAC, electrical, hydraulic, and equipment sizing.
• Develop and review BOQs, technical specifications, and project design reports.
• Coordinate MEP designs across architectural and structural disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Utilize BIM and modeling tools to identify and resolve design clashes.
