Job summary

VK Building Services is seeking a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor to prepare MEP BOQs, verify measurements, and manage client billing on construction projects in Hyderabad.

You will track variations, validate quantities, and ensure accurate documentation and timely payment certification as per project specifications, coordinating with site teams and project managers.

Qualifications include UG degree: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical, or B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Qualifications
