Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (EEE, Mechanical or Civil) is required.
• Experience as MEP quantity surveyor or similar role.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, cost control, and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior MEP quantity surveying activities.
• Prepare take-offs, BOQs, and cost estimates.
