Job summary

Broadridge India invites fresh graduates to join as software developers. You will write clean, reusable code under senior guidance and develop front-end features with ReactJS. You’ll collaborate with Product Owners to understand requirements and participate in the full SDLC, including testing and deployment support.

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 years of experience; Freshers/Recent graduates welcome.
• Good knowledge of OOPS concepts and basics of ReactJS, NodeJS, Javascript.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and data structures.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong learning mindset and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Basic understanding of relational databases (RDBMS) and SQL queries.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code under guidance of senior engineers.
• Develop and enhance front-end features using ReactJS.
• Complete assigned tasks on time with expected quality.
• Understand business and functional requirements by collaborating with Product Owners and team members.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle including coding, unit testing, debugging, and deployment support.
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality.
• Prepare and update technical documents, process notes, and deployment instructions.
• Share regular progress updates with team leads and stakeholders.
