You will identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems, which may consist of software‑systems development, process improvement, organizational change, strategic planning, and policy development. You will act as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems, evaluate new IT developments and evolving business requirements, recommend appropriate systems alternatives, enhancements and/or requirements, and prepare communications and presentations on proposed system solutions.
