Job Summary

We are looking for a well-groomed, courteous, and customer-focused Meet & Greet Executive to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for warmly welcoming customers, understanding their initial requirements, and ensuring a pleasant showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and greet customers entering the showroom.
• Create a positive and professional first impression.
• Offer assistance and understand customers' initial requirements.
• Direct customers to the appropriate Sales Executive or department.
• Manage customer waiting areas and ensure customers are attended to promptly.
• Assist in coordinating customer appointments and showroom visits.
• Provide basic information about showroom services, offers, and facilities.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming ambience at the reception/front area.
• Handle customer queries courteously and escalated when required.
• Support the sales team in maintaining a smooth customer flow.
