Job summary

R1 RCM India is seeking a Position Analyst / Senior Analyst (Medical Transcriptionist - DU) to join our Hyderabad team. The role requires 2+ years of MT/editor experience and proficiency with eScription and Fluency platforms. You will coordinate with managers, support clients, and adapt to a 24/7 shifts environment.

Ideal candidates have relevant degrees, training/certification in MT, and a proven ability to multitask across medical specialties while meeting quality and turnaround targets.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience as medical transcriptionist/editor.
• Proficient in eScription, eSone/MDat and Fluency Platform.
• Trained, preferably certified, medical transcriptionist with at least two years.
• Experience across various medical specialties and work types.
• Able to coordinate with managers and team, and ensure client coverage.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Ready to work in a 24/7 environment with evening/night shifts.
• Open to week days off other than weekends.

We are looking for Position Analyst / Senior Analyst (Medical Transcriptionist - DU)

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate, Graduate, Post-graduate

Specific Experience At least 2 years' experience of working as a Medical transcriptionist/Editor.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient on eScription, eSone/Mdat & Fluency Platform
• Experience and knowledge of other transcription platforms would be an added advantage.
• Should be a trained, preferably certified, medical transcriptionist and have at least two years.
• Experience of working as a medical transcriptionist/editor on a variety of medical specialties and work types.
• Must be able to coordinate with managers and team.
• Members to ensure adequate client/customer support coverage.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to maintain multiple site information and must be able to multitask.
• Must be ready to work in a 24/7 environment with majority of time working in evening/night shifts.
• Must be ready to work with week off(s) other than weekends.
