AM Infoweb Pvt. Ltd. is seeking experienced Medical / Legal Transcriptionists in Pune for 100% on-site work at Cerebrum IT Park, B3, 07th Floor, Kalyani Nagar.

We require 2+ years of transcription experience, excellent English, and strong listening skills. US client shifts apply, with office-based work and shift flexibility based on client needs. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in Medical Transcription or Legal Transcription.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong listening and comprehension skills.
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.

Responsibilities

• Accurately transcribe medical or legal audio recordings as per process requirements.
• Review and proofread transcripts to identify and correct errors.
• Ensure proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and formatting.
• Understand and accurately use relevant medical or legal terminology.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality within defined TAT.
• Ensure confidentiality of all client and process-related information.
• Demonstrate strong listening and comprehension skills while working on audio files.
• Follow client-specific guidelines and process requirements.
• Work independently as well as effectively with the team.

Job Description

AM Infoweb Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced Medical / Legal Transcriptionists with strong transcription skills, excellent English communication, and good listening and comprehension abilities.

The candidate will be responsible for accurately transcribing audio recordings while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and turnaround time (TAT).

Candidate Requirements
