Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. seeks an Analyst / Senior Analyst (Medical Transcriptionist DU) with 2+ years of MT/editing experience. You will work across platforms, coordinate with managers, and ensure client coverage in a 24/7 environment with evening/night shifts.

Qualification requires degrees (Undergrad/Grad/Post-grad) and training/certification in MT; proficiency on eScription and Fluency platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate, Graduate or Post-graduate degree required.
• At least 2 years’ experience as a medical transcriptionist/editor.
• Trained, preferably certified medical transcriptionist with two+ years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with managers and team for smooth operations.
• Ensure adequate client/customer support coverage.
• Maintain multiple site information and multitask in a 24/7 environment.

Specific Experience At least 2 years’ experience of working as a Medical transcriptionist/Editor.

Technical Skills

• Proficient on eScription, eSone/Mdat & Fluency Platform
• Experience and knowledge of other transcription platforms would be an added advantage.
• Should be a trained, preferably certified, medical transcriptionist and have at least two years.
• Experience of working as a medical transcriptionist/editor on a variety of medical specialties and work types.
• Must be able to coordinate with managers and team.
• Members to ensure adequate client/customer support coverage.
• Must have excellent time management skills.
• Must be able to maintain multiple site information and must be able to multitask.
• Must be ready to work in a 24/7 environment with majority of time working in evening/night shifts.
• Must be ready to work with week off(s) other than weekends.
