Responsibilities

• Build prescription support and monitor Rx generation via follow-ups.
• Follow the code of conduct and UCPMP 2024; no gifts to doctors.
• Own territory sales targets and coordinate with Area Manager.
• Ensure brands are stocked at chemists and conduct chemist audits.
• Develop hospital and nursing-home business with consultants and purchasers.
• Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and trends.
• Plan two-wheeler routes to cover HQs and nearby towns weekly.
• Submit daily call reports and CRM data on the same day.
• Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities.

What you will do as Medical Representative (MR)

• Cover listed doctors at the right frequency – typically 10–12 calls per day – following the approved tour plan.
• Detail the company’s product portfolio scientifically – indications, dosage, benefits and safety – using visual aids and approved literature only.
• Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls.
• Work strictly as per the company’s code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 – no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals.
• Own the territory’s sales target and work with the Area Manager to plan monthly achievement.
• Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits.
• Develop hospital and nursing-home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
• Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends.
• Plan two-wheeler routes to cover headquarters and nearby towns efficiently every week.
• Submit daily call reports (DCR), expenses and doctor data on the company CRM / SFA app on the same day.
• Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory.
• Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample-handling and ethical promotion guidelines.

Who should apply

• Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (mandatory).
• B.Sc (any Science stream) graduate or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; confident in presenting to doctors.
