Responsibilities

• Cover listed doctors with 10–12 calls per day as per tour plan.
• Detail product portfolio: indications, dosage, benefits and safety.
• Build prescription support and monitor Rx via follow‑ups.
• Follow code of conduct and UCPMP 2024; no gifts to doctors.
• Submit daily DCR, expenses and doctor data via CRM/SFA.
• Ensure brands are stocked at chemists; conduct audits.
• Gather feedback on competition and market trends.
• Develop hospital and nursing-home business; meet consultants and teams.
• Account for samples and follow ethical promotion guidelines.
• Plan weekly two-wheeler routes to HQ and nearby towns.
• Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities.
• Coordinate with stockist for orders, stock liquidation, returns, collection.

What you will do as Medical Representative (MR)

• Cover listed doctors at the right frequency – typically 10–12 calls per day – following the approved tour plan.
• Detail the company’s product portfolio scientifically – indications, dosage, benefits and safety – using visual aids and approved literature only.
• Build prescription support for focus products and monitor Rx generation through regular follow-up calls.
• Work strictly as per the company’s code of conduct and UCPMP 2024 – no gifts or inducements to healthcare professionals.
• Submit daily call reports (DCR), expenses and doctor data on the company CRM / SFA app on the same day.
• Ensure prescribed brands are stocked at chemists around clinics and hospitals; run regular chemist audits.
• Gather feedback from doctors and chemists on competition and market trends.
• Develop hospital and nursing-home business: meet consultants, pharmacy and purchase teams and support formulary/listing.
• Account for every sample and input distributed; follow sample-handling and ethical promotion guidelines.
• Plan two-wheeler routes to cover headquarters and nearby towns efficiently every week.
• Support CMEs, camps, doctor meets and brand activities organised by the company in the territory.
• Coordinate with the stockist / C&F for orders, stock liquidation, near-expiry returns and timely collection of payments.

Who should apply

• Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily field work.
