Zouma Creative Studio Private Limited is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and engage doctors, screen candidates, and manage licensing checks. The role involves coordinating interviews and managing documentation, while maintaining candidate progress and client feedback throughout the process.

The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare recruitment, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ATS/CRM systems to meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

• Ability to assess licensing status and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage doctors through LinkedIn, Workable, WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and video calls.
• Screen candidates based on speciality, experience, licensing status, salary expectations, notice period, and location preferences.
• Assess and track DHA, DOH, and MOH licensing status, eligibility, and transfer options.
• Prepare and submit suitable candidate profiles to healthcare clients.
• Collect and review CVs, professional licenses, recommendation letters, surgical logbooks, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate confirmations, client feedback, offers, and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify opportunities to promote relevant recruitment and licensing-related services and support conversions.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and ATS/CRM updates.
• Work towards recruitment targets, timely position closures, and efficient recruitment delivery.
