The Medical Record Department Technician will manage and maintain patient medical records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality in line with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and updating health information in electronic and physical formats, verifying documentation, coding and indexing records as per guidelines, and supporting clinical teams with timely access to patient information. The role also involves assisting with record retrieval for audits and legal or insurance purposes, responding to inquiries from internal stakeholders, and providing courteous support to patients and families regarding medical record requests. The technician will work closely with other departments to support smooth workflows, data integrity, and efficient record management processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad.
