Job summary

AM Infoweb Pvt. Ltd. in Pune seeks experienced Medical and Legal Transcriptionists to join our 100% on-site team.

You will convert audio to accurate text, maintain strict confidentiality, and meet turnaround times in US shift schedules from Cerebrum IT Park, Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate has at least two years of relevant experience, excellent English writing and listening skills, and strong proofreading ability.

Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Medical / Legal Transcriptionists who have strong transcription skills, excellent English communication, and good listening and comprehension abilities. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in US shifts and adapting to client-specific shift requirements while maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and turnaround time.

Key Requirements

• Candidates should have 2+ years of relevant experience in Medical or Legal Transcription.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in transcription processes are required.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills, along with strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Good typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to accurately understand and transcribe audio recordings.
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors while proofreading transcripts.
• Ability to understand medical or legal terminology relevant to the assigned process.
• Ability to maintain accuracy, quality, confidentiality, and turnaround time (TAT).
• Candidates should be comfortable working in US shifts and flexible to work according to client-specific shift timings.
• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Work Schedule

• The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday.
• The role follows US shift timings, which may vary depending on client requirements.
• Saturday and Sunday are fixed weekly offs.

Work From Office & Transportation

This is a 100% Work From Office opportunity. Work From Home and hybrid arrangements are not available for this position.

Cab facility is available for eligible night shifts, subject to the candidate's residential location falling within the company's transportation grid.
