Qualifications

• MBBS/MD or equivalent degree from a recognized medical institution.
• Valid Medical Council Registration/Licensure to practice.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant clinical and corporate experience.
• Prior experience in a process-driven, review-based medical environment preferred.
• Proven experience as a practicing physician.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert medical guidance to patients, including telephonic consultations.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex, high-risk cases.
• Interpret symptoms, diagnose conditions, and recommend treatments.
• Prescribe and interpret labs to support diagnosis and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EHR system.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and ethical medical practices.
• Demonstrate knowledge of diseases, epidemiology, exams, diagnostics, and meds.
• Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations for efficient workflows.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs related to clinical and operational excellence.
• Lead quality assurance initiatives, audits and accreditations.
