Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, admissions, transfers, and follow-ups.
Assist patients and attendants with information about medical services and procedures.
Coordinate communication between patients, doctors, nurses, laboratories, pharmacies, and other departments.
Coordinate schedules and activities of doctors, nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure that required medical services and resources are available on time.
Follow up on pending investigations, consultations, reports, and treatment-related requirements.
Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.
Ensure timely collection and filing of investigation reports, consultation notes, discharge summaries, and other documents.
Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable healthcare documentation and privacy procedures.
Schedule and manage appointments, procedures, investigations, and follow-up visits.
Minimize scheduling conflicts and communicate changes promptly to patients and medical staff.
Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly medical/operational reports as required.
Maintain records of patient visits, procedures, referrals, and other relevant activities.
Support billing, insurance/TPA documentation, authorizations, and claim-related coordination where applicable.
Follow up with patients regarding investigations, treatment plans, appointments, and referrals as directed by the medical team.
Escalate delays, complaints, emergencies, or unresolved medical-service issues to the appropriate authority.
Follow hospital/clinic policies, SOPs, infection-control requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Support quality audits and maintain required documentation.
Help ensure patient safety and service-quality standards are maintained.
