Numoo Hiring Solutions is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing professional in Mumbai to own paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, focusing on lead generation and quality.

With 2+ years in digital marketing, you will plan, execute and optimize campaigns, test creatives, manage budgets, and collaborate with creative and content teams to drive measurable CPL, CPA and ROAS improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Specialized in Lead generation ads.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven lead generation and conversion optimization experience.
• Good understanding of CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Meta & Google Ads campaigns (lead generation).
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding and account structures.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, conversions and lead quality.
• Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
• Test creatives, audiences and ad copies.
