Job summary

Cybage Software Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Solution Architect to translate complex cross-functional business requirements into a technical roadmap.

You will act as a bridge between business and technology teams to ensure solutions meet project goals and align with architectural standards. The role focuses on AdTech/MarTech domains and requires deep technical and leadership capabilities. You will lead workshops, document customer journeys, map processes, and work with IT delivery teams and leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience including 3 years in a senior-level role.
• 5+ years’ experience in Adtech, Media or Martech domains
• Experience with DSP, SSP, Audience Management, Analytics, Reporting, Insight Gen etc
• Proven project and process management skillset
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map business processes, document customer journeys, document high-level business requirements, and translate into specific technology solutions.
• Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas.
• Research and benchmark industry best practices and develop new strategies/solutions that can be implemented.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams for designated business areas and IT Leadership to understand technical debt, areas of opportunity, and future recommendations.
• Work with leadership team for thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, blogs and community involvement.
• Ensure that the roadmaps and technical recommendations comply with architecture standards, established methodologies, and best practices.
• Coach, mentor, and lead internal and external technical project resources.

Job description

The Solution Architect plays a key role in solution delivery by translating complex, cross-functional business requirements into a technical roadmap. He/She serves as a liaison between technical and business teams to ensure solutions meet project goals. With a good understanding of various technologies and Media, Advertising, Marketing business functions, the solution architect works closely with stakeholders, technology experts, and shared services teams to create a cohesive and efficient system that meets the needs of the business and supports the growth and evolution into the future.

Technical and Professional Requirements

Mandatory

• Prior lead experience within an IT environment preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of IT experience inclusive of:
  • 3 years in a senior-level role
  • 5+ years’ experience in Adtech, Media or Martech domains
  • 2+ years’ experience as implementation/developer role
• Experience with DSP, SSP, Audience Management, Analytics, Reporting, Insight Gen etc
• Proven project and process management skillset
• Strong problem solving and decision‑making skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions

Preferred
