Job summary

Cybage is seeking a seasoned Lead IT/Adtech professional in Pune to drive technical responses, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The role requires strong leadership, architectural vision, and cross-functional collaboration across IT and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years IT experience, including senior roles in Adtech/Martech, with proven project management, problem solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a senior role.
• 5+ years in Adtech, Media or Martech domains.
• 2+ years experience in implementation/developer roles.
• Experience with DSP, SSP, Audience Management, Analytics, Reporting, Insight Gen.
• Proven project and process management skillset.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical responses to RFI/RFP.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, map processes, document journeys, and translate into technology solutions.
• Create and maintain application roadmaps and capability maps for designated business areas.
• Research and benchmark industry best practices and develop new strategies/solutions.
• Collaborate with IT delivery teams and IT Leadership on technical debt and opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership via presentations, whitepapers, blogs, and community involvement.
• Ensure roadmaps and recommendations comply with architecture standards and best practices.
• Coach, mentor, and lead internal and external technical project resources.

Technical and Professional Requirements Mandatory

• Prior lead experience within an IT environment preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of IT experience inclusive of:
  • 3 years in a senior-level role
  • 5+ yearsexperience in Adtech, Media or Martech domains
  • 2+ yearsexperience as implementation/developer role
• Experience with DSP, SSP, Audience Management, Analytics, Reporting, Insight Gen etc
• Proven project and process management skillset
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with the proven ability to communicate complex issues and the business value of solutions

Job Responsibilities

• Work with leadership team for thought leadership through presentations, whitepapers, blogs and community involvement.
• Ensure that the roadmaps and technical recommendations comply with architecture standards, established methodologies, and best practices.
• Coach, mentor, and lead internal and external technical project resources.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
