Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect - Full Stack with 15+ years of industry experience to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile application solutions. The role requires strong technical leadership, architectural expertise, and the ability to align business requirements with robust technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to define end-to-end system architecture and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for complex web and mobile applications
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture and system designs
• Lead architectural decisions across front-end, backend, database, cloud, and integrations
• Ensure solutions meet scalability, performance, security, and availability standards
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to full-stack development teams
• Review and approve technical designs, code standards, and best practices
• Collaborate with product owners, project managers, and clients to ensure alignment
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools
• Oversee integration with third-party systems, APIs, and services
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposals
• Ensure adherence to Agile / DevOps processes and delivery timelines
• Mentor senior developers and technical leads across projects

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in software development and solution architecture
• Strong hands‑on experience across front‑end, backend, and database technologies
• Expertise in modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar)
• Strong backend experience with technologies such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python
• Experience designing RESTful and event‑driven architectures
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud‑native design
• Experience with microservices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
• Solid understanding of system security, authentication, authorization, and data protection
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling
• Familiarity with mobile application architecture (native or cross‑platform), along with server architecture
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
