Bounteous in India is seeking a seasoned Principal Architect to lead the Media and Telecom business unit, overseeing global delivery teams for enterprise customers. The role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on architecture, and a passion for driving customer success.

You will guide large-scale digital product development initiatives, architect modern cloud-based solutions, and spearhead AI-enabled transformations across marquee clients in the Media and Telco sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading Engineering teams in a services organization.
• 10+ years of experience in leading technology teams in Media and Telco vertical is a plus.
• Experience in full-cycle software delivery using Java/Node, React/Angular, Python.
• Experience with building Agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, orchestration frameworks and AI tools.

We are seeking a Technically savvy Principal Architect for the Media and Telecom Business unit to lead global delivery teams for our Enterprise customers. This role needs strong technical competency and a passion to lead Engineering teams from the front to create customer delight.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large programs across Digital product development, and Digital Transformation successfully.
• Lead the design and execution of technical and business strategies for large-scale, complex projects.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with operational and strategic client stakeholders (CxOs, VPs).
• Partner with various internal teams - client partner organisation, BD, practices to create organisation success
• Drive ideal business outcomes – exceeding customer satisfaction, meeting revenue targets while maintaining margin targets.
• Stay ahead of industry and technology trends and influence clients to adopt them to achieve their business goals
• Lead pursuits and technical discovery sessions in order to gather business requirements, understand the scope of work and come up with estimations
• Work on RFPs, Demos, POCs with the team of experts and present them to client stakeholders as part of pre-sales
• Grow, mentor, and develop a global, distributed delivery team to meet evolving client and business needs.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development aligned with client and business requirements.
• Proactively monitor, document, and resolve portfolio, program and project risks and issues while escalating as needed.
• Define, enable, and continuously improve processes to ensure seamless collaboration across delivery teams.
• Propose and implement new processes to address inefficiencies, align with industry best practices, and enhance operational performance.
• Bring in GenAI enabled productivity improvements and AI-enabled solutions proactively.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience leading Engineering teams in a services organization.
• 10+ years of experience in leading technology teams in Media and Telco vertical is a plus. Other domain knowledge is fine as well
• Experience in full-cycle software delivery as a developer in building Enterprise applications using technologies including Java or Node, React or Angular, Python. This is mandatory
• Experience with building Agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, AI orchestration frameworks using LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, CrewAI etc and productivity improvements using AI tools like Cursor, Copilot etc
• Experience and Expertise on solution architecture, microservices applications, and building applications on the cloud (AWS/ Azure/ GCP)
• Led Digital Transformation engagements and handled end-to-end delivery not limited to MarTech (AJO / Marketo/ SFMC, AEP, Analytics), CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics), CMS (AEM, Acquia) is a plus - Nice to have
• Experience in handling AEM and AEM cloud migration delivery projects is a plus.
• Breadth and Depth of technology experience and the ability to quickly understand new technologies
• Expertise on DevOps practices and release processes
• Proven ability to design and lead technical solutions and architecture.
• Experience managing global teams - with a proven ability to work effectively across remote teams in different geographic locations
• Excellent communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff to achieve desired outcomes and build strong alliances and relationships
