National Health And Education Society is seeking a maintenance engineer to supervise HVAC and medical gas systems, including chillers, AHU/FCU, pumps, and related equipment, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance. You will maintain maintenance records and coordinate with engineers to address escalations.

The role involves planning permits, coordinating material requirements, and performing occasional night-shift shutdowns to minimize downtime in a hospital environment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise maintenance activities for HVAC and medical gas systems.
• Maintain records of preventive and breakdown maintenance for equipment.
• Review daily maintenance activities and escalated complaints.
• Fill and obtain approvals for necessary work permits.
• Inform reporting engineer when materials are required.
• Carry out shutdown activities during night shifts if required.

Roles & Responsibilities

1) supervise following maintenance activities.

a. HVAC system including Chiller, cooling tower, chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, AHU, FCU, VRF system, Domestic AC, Refrigerators, dehumidifiers, Walk in coolers, Cold rooms, Mortuary.

b. Calibration of refrigerators & Forms to be filled.

c. Maintenance of Medical gas system, Air compressors, Vacuum compressors, pumps.

2) To maintain record of preventive & breakdown maintenance of equipment.

3) Review of daily maintenance activities & escalated complaints.

4) Necessary work permits to be filled & get it approved for the work to be done.

5) Inform reporting Engineer for requirement of materials.

6) Shutdown activities to be carried out if required in night shifts.
