Job summary

ProConnect in Mumbai seeks a maintenance supervisor to oversee daily to periodic monitoring of locations, ensure SOP-guided service and AMC management, and pre-alerts for PM activities. You will coordinate HVAC, DG, UPS, power assets, housekeeping and pest-control schedules while aligning scope and BOQ with vendors and ensuring proper documentation.

The role emphasizes efficient document control and timely reporting to support operational reliability across clustered sites in Maharashtra.

Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly/periodical monitoring of stationed locations using a check list and other cluster locations.
• Services, AMC and breakdown management following SOPs.
• Pre-alert on preventive maintenance, service and AMC activities.
• Oversee core maintenance scopes including HVAC, DG, UPS, power assets, housekeeping and pest-control schedules.
• Coordinate initial implementation requirements, assessment, scope consolidation, BOQ detailing and vendor management.
• Document management and reporting.
