Job summary

Vision sponge iron is an integrated iron and steel unit employing 4 x 100 tpd sponge iron, a 15 MW captive power plant, and Ferro alloys operations. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Mechanical to lead the Mechanical O&M activities and drive reliability for the plant supporting DRI, Ferro Alloys, and Induction Furnace operations.

The role demands strong leadership, hands-on maintenance expertise, and a track record in large-scale power and steel processing environments.

Qualifications

• UG: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical O&M activities for a 15 MW captive power plant.
• Ensure reliability and availability of mechanical systems across DRI, Ferro Alloys, and Induction Furnace operations.
