Job summary

Turning Point Manpower Consultants is seeking a Diploma Mechanical holder with 7+ years of hands-on experience in the smooth operation and maintenance of machine shop equipment including vertical turning lathe, floor boring machines and deep hole drilling.

The role focuses on preventive and breakdown maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, lubrication, spare parts inventory management, and equipment overhauling, with emphasis on safety and ISO 9001/45001 EMS compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine shop equipment operation.
• Experience with vertical turning lathe, floor boring machines and deep hole drilling.
• Preventive and breakdown maintenance; hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Lubrication and spare parts inventory management.
• Equipment overhauling and safety/documentation compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment safely.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems: pumps, valves, cylinders.
• Ensure lubrication and spare parts inventory management.
• Comply with ISO 9001, 45001 and EMS/OHSAS documentation.
