Job summary

Job Join Consultants in Ludhiana is seeking a proactive Maintenance Lead to oversee sheet metal industry equipment across press and weld shops. You will manage maintenance activities, lead preventive and breakdown maintenance, and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate has hands-on plant maintenance management experience, deep knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing equipment, and a track record of maintaining high equipment availability.

Qualifications

Sheet metal industry experience mandatory.
Plant maintenance management experience.
Preventive / Breakdown Maintenance expertise.
Strong manufacturing equipment knowledge.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance activities for Press shop, Weld shop etc sheet metal industry equipment
Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans
Lead breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting
Monitor equipment availability and downtime
