Job summary

Leading Export House in Gurugram is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance strategy and operations across plant facilities. You will develop preventive, predictive, and corrective programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.

You will hire and train technicians, manage budgets, oversee inventory of spare parts, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with external vendors to keep machinery and facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Awareness of sheet metal-based manufacturing processes and machines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate maintenance staff (technicians, mechanics).
