Job summary

Aarvi Encon is seeking a Field Sales Engineer for compressors in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Pune. The role targets fresh mechanical engineers to visit industrial customers, understand requirements, and promote our range of air compressors and related systems.

The candidate will generate leads, prepare quotations, and coordinate with the technical team to ensure orders are closed while maintaining customer relationships and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Mechanical Engineering (freshers welcome).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities required.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and industrial equipment.
• Interest in technical/field sales and solution selling.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is desirable.
• Travel willingness within assigned territory for customer visits.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
• Freshers with internship/project exposure in compressors or related equipment are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit industrial customers and generate new sales leads.
