The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of relevant experience, with hands-on data center and critical infrastructure knowledge.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of data center environments, including critical equipment, power, and cooling.
• Willingness to coordinate with vendors and internal teams; ability to produce daily/weekly reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee repair and maintenance of Engineering Systems and Equipment.
• Conduct routine inspection, inventory, and documentation of systems.
• Lead electricians/technicians and supervise their scope of work.
• Deliver complete facility management reports and meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Assist senior facilities manager in hitting financial targets and goals.
• Monitor maintenance activities and produce daily/weekly reports; ensure logs and schedules are up-to-date.
• Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups based on client requirements.

You’ll demonstrate this by overseeing our electricians/ technicians and their scope of work.Delivering complete and accurate facility management reports is another requirement that you must meet consistently. You will assist in hitting financial targets and other goals set by the senior facilities manager, achieving key performance indicators, and meeting service level agreements.The resource should have 8-10 years of relevant experience and possess strong technical expertise in managing and maintaining critical infrastructure. In addition to regular systems, the individual should have hands-on knowledge and experience in handling data center environments, including critical equipment, power systems, cooling infrastructure, and associated operational requirements.This additional support will help ensure effective management of our growing infrastructure needs and maintain operational reliability.Aside from our internal teams, you’ll also be the main point of contact for our vendors for all maintenance services. You’ll monitor our maintenance activities and produce daily and weekly summary reports on these activities. You’ll also make sure that our logbooks, checklists, and schedules are upkeep and current. From time to time, you’re expected to arrange ad-hoc M&E set ups based on the client requirements.You should have earned a diploma or degree in engineering, ideally, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. Having three to seven years of experience in facilities management will also prove indispensable.
