You will perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance on kilns, mills, crushers and conveyors, read drawings, manage lubrication and spares, and contribute to energy-saving projects. SAP PM and MS Excel are essential, with strong teamwork and communication.

Qualifikationen

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a cement plant (maintenance preferred).
• Experience with preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance on kiln, raw mill, coal mill, cement mill, crusher, fans, conveyors, bucket elevators, packing plant and gearboxes.
• Handle shutdown planning and execution, with job cards, spares and manpower ready in advance.
• Monitor equipment condition by checking vibration, temperature, lubrication and alignment. Find root causes of repeated failures and suggest fixes.
• Inspect and follow up on refractory, mill liners, grinding media, kiln tyres and rollers, girth gear and cooler parts.
• Manage lubrication schedules, spare parts inventory and contractor work quality.
• Enforce safety rules: permit-to-work, lock-out/tag-out, work at height and confined-space norms.
• Keep maintenance records, breakdown reports and equipment history in SAP or the plant system.
• Support energy-saving and cost-reduction projects.
