Job description

Technical Skills Required:

• Must have Good Knowledge in full New product development cycle.
• Knowledge in Sheet Metal, Plastics Injection molding,die casting, tool trials, Mold maintenance, Mold flow analyses & related process parameter understanding.
• knowledge in pressure die-casting process & designing Die casted components.
• knowledge of Design for Statistical Analysis methods, and Design of Experiments and Measurement techniques.
• Good knowledge of various manufacturing process, manufacturing of plastic components and metal components
• Knowledge of tooling, molding, design and process methods of plastic components.

Desired Skill Characteristics:

• Knowledge in design and development of consumer electronics devices and related processes.
• Strong CAD skills (Solid Edge/Creo) including 3D model design.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
