Job summary

Hatsun Agro Product in Karur, Tamil Nadu seeks a Maintenance Technician to ensure uninterrupted production. Responsible for planning preventive maintenance, lubrication of critical equipment, and preventive care of pasteurizers, fill-pack machines, pumps and compressors.

The role requires fresher to 2 years of experience in maintenance, with focus on equipment condition checks, records, and waste oil disposal compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers or 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work in production/maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan preventive maintenance for equipment and coordinate with Production.
• Check lubrication of critical equipment like homogenizer, cream separator, gear boxes, compressors.
• Perform preventive maintenance of pasteurizer, fill-pack machines, milk pumps and compressors.
• Check conveyor alignment, noise and vibration.
• Monitor bearing condition, oil leaks and color changes.
• Maintain and update records and logs relevant to standards.
• Monitor proper disposal of waste oil.

Job Purpose

This Role holder is responsible for overall Maintenance activities for uninterrupted process of Production of Finished goods.

Job Description

• Responsible for Planning for (Preventive Maintenace) of equipment and confirm it with Production as per operational availability.


• Lubrication checking of Critical equipment like (Homogenizer, Cream Separator, Gear Boxes, Compressors etc.,).


• Responsible for the preventive Maintenance of Pasteurizer, Fill pack Machines, Milk Pumps & Compressors etc.,


• Checking of Conveyor alignment, abnormal noise and vibration of machines.


• Responsible for checking of normal movement of horizontal & vertical Jaw, bearing condition, oil leakages & color changes.


• Responsible for monitoring the wear and tear of conveyor chain & sprockets, wheel condition of rotating equipments.


• Responsible for maintaining and updating all the records & logs relevant to standards.


• Responsible for monitoring the proper dispose of waste oil.

• Educational qualifications: Diploma /B.E. Mech

Experience

• Relevant experience :Fresher / Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience
