Job summary

Quest Global, an engineering services provider, seeks a Mechanical/Structural Designer with 4–9 years experience for hyperscale data center modules in Coimbatore. You will check and approve drawings, coordinate interfaces, and ensure safety, accuracy, and reliability across mechanical, piping and structural work.

Expert SolidWorks skills (Weldments & Structures) are required; Windchill or SAP knowledge is a plus; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Technical Certification in the design discipline.
• 4–9 years of experience in mechanical and structural scopes for hyperscale data center modules.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• The Designer will support goals and programs established by the management team.
• The Mechanical/ Structural Designer will be responsible for checking and approving drawings/ designs.
• Interface communication, and ensuring the accuracy, reliability, efficiency, and safety of the mechanical, piping, and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center Modules meets customer's requirements and industrial standards.

Work Experience

Educational Qualification - Designer should be in possession of a Technical Certification in the design discipline.

Experience

- A minimum of 4 to 9 years of experience mechanical and structural scopes of work for Hyperscale Data Center Modules or related environment in similar industry.

Background

- Structural/ Mechanical drafting/ Weldments & Sheet metal (must)
