Job summary

Godavari Tractors is seeking experienced and hardworking Tractor Mechanics for servicing, maintenance and repair of Kubota tractors at our Parbhani/Jintur workshops. The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of tractors and related systems.

You will diagnose problems, perform routine servicing, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely delivery. Willingness to travel for field service calls and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI / Automobile / Diesel Mechanic qualification preferred.
• Previous experience in tractor, automobile or agricultural machinery servicing preferred.
• Good practical mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems independently.
• Willingness to travel for field service calls.
• Valid driving licence preferred.
• Responsible, disciplined and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform periodic servicing and maintenance of tractors.
• Diagnose tractor problems and carry out necessary repairs.
• Repair and maintain engine, clutch, gearbox, hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Attend customer complaints at the workshop and in the field.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspection of new tractors.
• Identify required spare parts and coordinate with the service/spare parts team.
• Maintain service quality and complete work within the committed time.
• Explain repair work and basic maintenance requirements to customers.
• Maintain tools, equipment and cleanliness of the workshop.
• Follow company service procedures and safety standards.
