The incumbent will be responsible for designing, industrializing, standardizing, and continuously improving manufacturing processes for transmission and its components like Synchronizer and XY shifter, I4.0 Initiative, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, cost, and compliance (SQDC) objectives are met in line with Eaton requirements.
