The Continuous Improvement & Industry 4.0 Leader is responsible for driving operational excellence across the site through the deployment of Lean, Six Sigma, and digital transformation initiatives. The role partners with Site Leadership to define and execute the Continuous Improvement (CI) strategy, improve plant performance, deliver cost-out, and build a strong culture of structured problem solving and data-driven decision making.
This position also leads Industry 4.0 initiatives to enable digital manufacturing, smart data usage, and automation for enhanced productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution required
7+ years of experience in Manufacturing
Thorough understanding of problem-solving methodologies used in determining root cause and formulating corrective action.
