Job summary

Keka Inc. in Hyderabad invites fresh graduates to join the MDM Support and Operations team as an MDM Support Executive – Fresher.

You will assist in day-to-day operational activities, support device enrollment, configuration, and implementation efforts, and help with report preparation and client coordination. The role requires strong English, Hindi and Telugu communication, basic Excel skills, and a willingness to travel as project needs arise.

Qualifications

• Graduate or degree holder required.
• Good communication in English, Hindi and Telugu.
• Basic Excel data entry, reporting and tracker maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day MDM support and operational activities
• Support device enrollment, configuration, and implementation activities
• Coordinate with users and clients for basic troubleshooting and support activities
• Prepare reports, maintain Excel trackers, and update operational documentation
• Assist senior engineers during project implementation and deployment activities
• Monitor device enrollment status and operational activities
• Handle basic troubleshooting related to application installation, enrollment, and connectivity issues
• Work closely with internal teams for issue tracking and resolution
• Provide remote and onsite support based on project requirements
