Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking Customer Support MDG Support professionals for Dell project in Bengaluru. The role demands familiarity with MDM/MDG, and exposure to Sales/Marketing processes, with strong communication skills and stakeholder management to resolve issues in real time.

Work is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days from home) with 24x5 support and weekend offs. 6-month contract-to-hire, candidates must attend face-to-face interviews.

Job Description

We are looking for customer support professionals with experience in Master Data Management (MDM/MDG), preferably with exposure to Sales and/or Marketing processes. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to resolve issues in real time.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Experience in Master Data Management (MDM/MDG).
• 1–3 years of experience in an international BPO environment.
• Customer support experience.

Work Schedule & Shift Details

• 24x5 support with weekends off.
• Flexibility to work in APJ, EMEA, and US shifts, as assigned after training.
• Hybrid work model: 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.
• Cab facility for female employees working shifts between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates must be flexible with international shift timings.
