Job summary

Keka Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a UEM Support Engineer to own end-to-end MDM/UEM deployments across Android, iOS, Windows and macOS platforms. You will work directly with clients to implement, troubleshoot and support, while ensuring device compliance and accurate documentation.

The role requires hands-on UEM/MDM experience, strong Excel skills for reports and trackers, and effective communication to coordinate across teams and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience in UEM/MDM support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Device Management.
• Experience in enterprise-level implementations and client handling.
• Good troubleshooting, coordination & communication skills.
• Strong Excel skills including: Pivot tables & lookup functions.
• Data handling & operational trackers.
