Job summary

Persistent Systems is seeking an experienced MDM Reltio Architect to lead design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise MDM solutions using the Reltio platform. You will ensure trusted, governed master data across the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure data solutions.

The role requires 8–15 years of experience and a strong background in data modeling, MDM workflows, and enterprise integrations within a hybrid work environment.

• Lead end-to-end Reltio MDM architecture across domains.

• Configure matching, merging, and survivorship workflows.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, DWH, Data Lakes).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure MDM solutions.
• Drive profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and data harmonization.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced MDM Reltio Architect who can lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using the Reltio platform, ensuring trusted, governed, and high-quality master data across the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Reltio MDM solutions across Customer, Product, Supplier, Reference Data, and other master data domains.
• Define canonical data models, relationships, hierarchies, governance frameworks, and business rules to establish trusted enterprise master data.
• Design and implement matching, merging, survivorship, data quality, and stewardship processes to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Architect integrations between Reltio and enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and downstream applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, architects, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing MDM solutions.
• Drive data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, master data harmonization, and enterprise data governance initiatives.
• Establish MDM best practices, architecture standards, security controls, and performance optimization strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, solution reviews, estimation support, presales assistance, and mentoring for development teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Deep expertise in Reltio MDM Architecture, Design, and Enterprise Implementation.
• Strong experience in Reltio Data Model Design, Match & Merge Configuration, Survivorship Rules, Hierarchy Management, Data Stewardship, and Workflow Configuration.
• Hands-on experience with Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), Reltio APIs, and Data Quality Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Golden Record Creation, Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, Reference Data Management, and Data Quality Management.
• Experience with SQL, Data Analysis, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Integration expertise with Azure, AWS, MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Kafka, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehouse, Data Lake, Enterprise Architecture, and Solution Design principles.
• Experience with Agile Delivery Methodologies, Stakeholder Management, Technical Leadership, Performance Tuning, and Scalability Planning.
• Experience across Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data domains with enterprise-scale MDM implementations.
• Domain experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail & Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, or Pharmaceutical industries.
