Job summary

Persistent Systems Limited is seeking an experienced MDM professional in Pune to lead end-to-end data management initiatives using the Reltio MDM platform. The role requires deep knowledge of MDM, data modeling, and integration with external enrichment tools like D&B, working across cross-functional teams.

You will drive data quality and governance programs, manage merge strategies, and oversee hierarchy/workflow aspects within the Reltio ecosystem in a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in MDM, data management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of the Reltio MDM platform and Reltio Integration Hub.
• Proficiency in data modeling, match rules, cleanse rules, and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement MDM solutions using the Reltio MDM platform.
• Develop and maintain data models, match rules, cleanse rules, and metadata.
• Manage manual and automatic merge processes, including survivorship and fallback strategies.
• Oversee hierarchy management and workflow management within the Reltio platform.
• Utilize SQS queues and manage various event types to ensure smooth data operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party data enrichment solutions, such as D&B.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to improve data quality and governance.

• Experience with hierarchy management and workflow management.
• Familiarity with SQS queues and various event types.
• Preferred Skills
• Prior experience integrating with third-party data enrichment tools, such as D&B.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
