Persistent is seeking an experienced MDM QA Engineer/PM to lead end-to-end Reltio MDM delivery in Pune/Bangalore. You'll define scope, manage budgets, and coordinate with BAs, developers, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance across enterprise solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, governance, and cloud-enabled data integration in an Agile environment, driving successful data migrations and production stabilization.

Qualifications

• 11–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years in PM delivering enterprise MDM/Reltio programs.
• Strong background in MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Stewardship, Customer/Product Master Data, Data Migration and Enterprise Data Integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Reltio MDM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones with quality.
• Drive governance, risk management and escalation processes.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Conduct steering committee meetings and governance forums.
• Oversee MDM solutions including entity modeling, match/merge, survivorship, data governance, and reference data management.
• Align business requirements with technical solutions.
• Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams including BAs, Reltio developers, Data Engineers, Integration Engineers, QA, Data Stewards.
• Mentor teams and drive delivery excellence.

• Monitor KPIs, quality metrics, risks, dependencies.
• Adhere to SDLC, Agile, and delivery processes.
• Drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Manage large-scale data migration programs into Reltio.
• Coordinate source system onboarding, data mapping and validation.
• Oversee integrations via APIs, ETL tools, cloud platforms, downstream systems.
• Ensure deployment and production stabilization.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and financial tracking.

About Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented MDM QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating master data solutions, data quality frameworks, integration workflows, match & merge configurations, survivorship rules, APIs, and end-to-end business processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data validation, and experience working within Agile delivery environments.

What You'll Do:

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise MDM and Reltio implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Stewardship, Customer 360 / Product 360 concepts, Data Migration, and Enterprise Data Integration.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale Reltio implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of Reltio MDM Platform, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), APIs and Integration Architecture.
• Knowledge of ETL/Data Warehouse concepts, SQL, and data analysis concepts.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or modern data platforms.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.
• Domain experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical MDM Programs, Customer Master Data, Product Master Data, Vendor/Supplier Master Data, Retail & Consumer Goods, or Banking & Financial Services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, Reltio Fundamentals/Technical Consultant Certification, or DAMA Data Management Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, risk management, delivery governance, and team management skills.
