We are seeking a detail-oriented MDM QA Engineer with hands-on experience in Reltio Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Quality Testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating master data solutions, data quality frameworks, integration workflows, match & merge configurations, survivorship rules, APIs, and end-to-end business processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in data validation, and experience working within Agile delivery environments.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Reltio MDM implementation and enhancement projects.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
• Drive project governance, risk management, and escalation management processes.
• Aas the primary point of contact for customers, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
• Conduct steering committee meetings, project status reviews, and governance forums.
• Stakeholder expectations and facilitate decision-making.
• Build strong relationships with business, technical, and vendor teams.
• Oversee implementation of Reltio MDM solutions including entity modelling, match & merge rules, survivorship rules, data stewardship workflows, data governance processes, and reference data management.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Support master data governance and data quality initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams comprising Business Analysts, Reltio Developers, Data Engineers, Integration Engineers, QA Engineers, and Data Stewards.
• Manage resource planning, onboarding, performance tracking, and utilization.
• Mentor project teams and drive delivery excellence.
• Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Monitor project KPIs, quality metrics, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, and organizational delivery processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams.
• Coordinate source system onboarding, data mapping, and validation activities.
• Oversee integration efforts involving APIs, ETL tools, cloud platforms, and downstream systems.
• Ensure successful deployment and production stabilization.
• Identify project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and delivery commitments.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise MDM and Reltio implementation programs.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Stewardship, Customer 360 / Product 360 concepts, Data Migration, and Enterprise Data Integration.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale Reltio implementations.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Understanding of Reltio MDM Platform, Reltio Integration Hub (RIH), APIs and Integration Architecture.
• Knowledge of ETL/Data Warehouse concepts, SQL, and data analysis concepts.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms such as Azure and AWS.
• Exposure to Snowflake, Databricks, or modern data platforms.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and MS Office Suite.
• Domain experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical MDM Programs, Customer Master Data, Product Master Data, Vendor/Supplier Master Data, Retail & Consumer Goods, or Banking & Financial Services.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, Reltio Fundamentals/Technical Consultant Certification, or DAMA Data Management Certification preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, risk management, delivery governance, and team management skills.
