Job summary

Amgen Inc. is seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Developer in Hyderabad with extensive experience in Master Data Management to design, develop, and implement scalable MDM solutions on the Reltio platform.

The role requires strong expertise in Reltio configuration, LCA, Python-based development, and API integrations within Pharma/Life Sciences contexts. The candidate will build data models, implement survivorship and match/merge rules, and manage real-time and batch data integrations using REST APIs

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM platform.
• Deep expertise in Lifecycle Actions (LCA) development and event handling in Reltio.
• Strong programming skills in Python for custom logic, APIs, and integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL PySpark (advanced querying, data validation, performance tuning).
• Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and microservices architecture.
• Experience with batch and real-time data integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments.
• Strong domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences, including HCP/HCO mastering, Affiliations, Product Master / Material Master.
• Databricks, performance tuning, SQL tuning; Airflow and GitLab experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies.
• Configure and develop Lifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing and business workflows.
• Develop Python-based custom logic/services to support Reltio integrations and extensions.
• Implement and manage match/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden records.
• Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches.
• Work with RIH and Databricks with Python script frameworks for data ingestion and publishing.
• Configure and manage crosswalks, reference data, and group attributes.
• Develop and enforce data quality rules, validation, and enrichment processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams for seamless data consumption.
• Support data governance and stewardship workflows, including DCR lifecycle.
• Ensure data lineage, traceability, and compliance across MDM processes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of Reltio implementations.
• Coordinate with consuming systems for downstream data publication.

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Reltio MDM Developer with 810 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) to design, develop, and implement scalable MDM solutions on the Reltio platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Reltio configuration, Lifecycle Actions (LCA), RIH, Python-based development, and API integrations, along with domain experience in Pharma/Life Sciences.

Roles Responsibilities

• Design and implement Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, entities, relationships, and hierarchies
• Configure and develop Lifecycle Actions (LCA) for event-driven data processing and business workflows
• Develop Python based custom logic/services to support Reltio integrations and extensions
• Implement and manage match/merge rules and survivorship strategies for golden record creation
• Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations using REST APIs, messaging, and file-based approaches
• Work with RIH(Reltio Integration Hub) and Databricks with Python script frameworks for data ingestion and data publishing.
• Configure and manage crosswalks, reference data, and group attributes
• Develop and enforce data quality rules, validation, and enrichment processes
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and business teams for seamless data consumption
• Support data governance and stewardship workflows, including DCR lifecycle

• Experience with batch and real-time data integration patterns

Education and Professional Certifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science and engineering preferred, other Engineering field is considered; Masters degree and 3+ years'' experience Or Bachelors degree and 5+ years
