Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an MDM Architect to design and lead master data management initiatives within data warehousing and governance practices. The role focuses on architecting large MDM solutions, analyzing data requirements, and guiding clients through data-centric decisions.

The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, with hands-on experience across multiple data domains and data-related projects, preferably with exposure to banking or insurance

Qualifications

• Hands-on architecting and designing MDM solutions.
• Experience with at least 3 data domains: Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Migrating, Master Data Modelling, Data Quality Management, Information Governance.
• Experience with data applications such as IBM, Informatica, SAP, Oracle, Reltio.
• Demonstrable experience on a number of data related projects including at least two of: data architecture design, ETL design, data mapping, data quality assessment, information governance with minimum one Master Data Management project experience.
• Demonstrable experience on at least 3 end-to-end data centric projects, ideally in a key role.
• Strong analytical and communication ability.
• Exposure to any Banking or Insurance industry is an advantage.
• Prior experience on Pre-Sales solutioning will have added advantage.

As a MDM Architect, you will be working within the Master Data Management, Data Warehousing, practices. The key skills include:

• Design of large, complex MDM applications, and business processes re-engineering process required to support Data engagement


• Contributing to the analysis of master data requirements, data integration, and performing complex data mapping activities


• Partnering with clients to gather necessary understanding of business objectives and processes


• Identifying the underlying data issues using the right Data Quality tools


• Providing information, feedback and guidance to clients to support technology-related decision making

Must Have :

• Hands-on experience of Architecting and designing Master Data Management solution


• Hands-on experience with at least 3 of the following: Data Management, Data Architecture, Data Migrating, Master Data Modelling, Data Quality Management, Information Governance


• Experience with leading data applications such as IBM, Informatica, SAP, Oracle, Reltio and others
