We're seeking a Data architect for a fastest growing digital technology service provider- a digitally native full-service digital transformation services. This is a full time opportunity based in client's Bengaluru office, India. Our client is leading IT services and digital transformation company with global presence and a annual revenue of $1B.

What You'll be Doing:

• Lead and design best-in-class, conceptual data models leading to implementable solution designs across Zendesks technical ecosystem
• Guide planning of data movement and integration patterns across our ecosystem, defining integration standards,reference architectures and tool utilization
• Provide leadership and standard methodologies for using native-first connectors over third-party for integrating our various workflows, applications and data
• Partner with team members to enhance our Zendesks Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Customer 360 strategy enabling standard customer, data and finance insights
• Support master data solution architectures, system landscapes, governance workflows, and systems integration and implementation
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand master data management requirements and challenges, and identify opportunities for the design of a best of breed MDM solution
• Produce relevant solution design artifacts including but not limited to technical estimates, conceptual system designs, sequence diagrams, and data models
• Act as an advisor for new and emerging technologies, patterns, and trends

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Required:

• 8+ years of data architecture or integration architecture experience
• Experience creating ETL and reverse-ETL patterns and services to handle data from various data sources, formats, and use cases
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-wide architectures, integration, warehousing and highly proficient with relational database design, data streams, data modeling, and SQL
• Experience with streaming, batch and micro-batch data processing and workflows
• Experience leading MDM roadmaps, defined business cases and implementation
• Deep understanding of master data management principles, data governance frameworks, and industry best practices
• Built and implemented citizen integrator (user self-service) operating models and solutions using iPaaS or related technologies
• Ability to drive the practical evolution and innovation of infrastructure, processes, products and services by influencing decision makers, implementers, stewards, and owners of what direction should be taken

Preferred:

• Enterprise data management experience including exposure to aspects such as analytics and data science, BI, MDM, governance, quality, security and issue management to enable effective engagement
• Experiencing driving and leading major data modernization projects
• Experience with principles such as reuse, deployment, scalability, observability, security, testing and high availability
• Experience and expertise in the Lean-Agile principles and development
• TOGAF, ITIL, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar certifications
• Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, D3, Looker, etc.)
