• Design, architect, and implement scalable MDM solutions using both MDM SaaS and on-premise platforms.
• Lead end-to-end MDM solution design including data modeling, governance, quality, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement multiple enterprise integration patterns to connect MDM with applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using PowerCenter and IDMC (CDI/CAI).
• Define data synchronization, matching, merging, survivorship, and hierarchy management strategies.
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable MDM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across architecture reviews, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

About The Role

We are looking for an MDM Architect with 13+ years of experience in designing and implementing Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands‑on experience with MDM SaaS, expertise in building multiple integration patterns, strong knowledge of MDM on‑premise environments, and hands‑on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter or CDI/CAI within Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement scalable Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using both MDM SaaS and on‑premise platforms.
• Lead end‑to‑end MDM solution design, including data modeling, data governance, data quality, and master data lifecycle management.
• Develop and implement multiple enterprise integration patterns to integrate MDM with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and third‑party systems.
• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), including CDI and CAI.
• Define and implement data synchronization, matching, merging, survivorship, and hierarchy management strategies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data governance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, including architecture reviews, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Establish MDM best practices, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure high‑quality, consistent, and reliable master data.
• Ensure MDM solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex data integration and MDM issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective resolutions.
• Mentor development teams and conduct design reviews to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support enterprise digital transformation and data modernization initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design documents for knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging MDM technologies, Informatica product enhancements, and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements.
