Job summary

Elabs Infotech in Hyderabad is seeking a highly experienced MDM Architect to lead enterprise data management initiatives. The role demands 18–21 years of IT experience with strong on-prem MDM architecture and hands-on Informatica MDM / Customer 360.

You will design and implement MDM solutions across Customer, Product, Supplier, and Reference Data, define matching, survivorship, golden records, and ensure data governance, data quality, and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of experience in IT and data management
• Strong on-premises MDM architecture and solution design
• Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM / Customer 360
• Deep understanding of MDM patterns and implementation methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead on-premises MDM architecture and solution design.
• Design and implement Informatica MDM / Customer 360 across domains.
• Develop enterprise MDM solutions for Customer, Product, Supplier, or Reference Data.
• Define matching, survivorship, and golden record strategies.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and stewardship across ecosystems.
• Integrate MDM with enterprise applications via APIs, ETL, and batch interfaces.
• Performance tuning, scalability, high availability, and disaster recovery for MDM.
• Document architecture and manage stakeholder expectations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in on-premises MDM architecture and hands-on experience with Informatica MDM / Customer 360.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 18+ years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Data Management and MDM.
• Strong hands-on experience in MDM on-premises architecture and solution design.
• Extensive experience with Informatica MDM / Informatica Customer 360.
• Strong understanding of MDM architecture principles, patterns, and implementation methodologies.
• Experience designing enterprise MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Reference Data.
