Alike Thoughts in Hyderabad/Chennai is seeking an experienced IBM MDM Developer / Solution Architect to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The role requires leadership across MDM initiatives and strong technical guidance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM MDM Developer / Solution Architect with strong expertise in IBM InfoSphere MDM. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise Master Data Management solutions while providing technical leadership across MDM initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise IBM MDM / InfoSphere MDM solutions.
• Lead technical architecture and design for Customer, Provider, Product, and Reference Data domains.
• Configure and customize IBM InfoSphere MDM components and services.
• Develop data models, matching algorithms, survivorship rules, and data governance processes.
• Integrate IBM MDM with upstream and downstream enterprise applications.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL integrations.
• Work with IBM MDM Workbench, Business Services, and Data Integrator.
• Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business users, data stewards, architects, and technical teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior MDM developers.
