We are seeking an entrepreneurial and visionary leader to establish, build, and scale our India Consulting Practice.

Position Summary

This is a critical leadership role responsible for defining and executing the growth strategy for Adoptify AI’s India business. We are not looking for someone who has simply managed an existing business. We are looking for a builder—someone who has successfully created service offerings, led client scoping and discovery engagements, developed solution proposals and pricing models, recruited and developed high‑performing teams, established delivery capabilities, built strategic partnerships, generated revenue, and scaled a consulting organization from the ground up with an entrepreneurial mindset.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of translating client business challenges into scalable AI and consulting solutions, defining project scope, estimating effort and resources, creating commercial frameworks, and driving profitable engagements from opportunity identification through delivery. This leader will play a pivotal role in shaping Adoptify AI’s consulting strategy, service portfolio, delivery model, talent ecosystem, pricing strategy, and long‑term market position while ensuring sustainable growth and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the growth strategy for Adoptify AI’s India Consulting Practice.
• Build and scale AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, and Technology Consulting services.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and strategic client relationships.
• Establish consulting methodologies, delivery capabilities, and operational excellence.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high‑performing team of consultants and subject matter experts.
• Develop strategic partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem partners.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives and ensure successful client outcomes.
• Represent Adoptify AI as a thought leader through industry events, speaking engagements, and market‑facing activities.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and business excellence.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Consulting, AI Consulting, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Security, Data, or Enterprise Technology Services.
• Demonstrated success building and scaling consulting businesses from inception to growth.
• Strong experience in revenue generation, business development, and client relationship management.
• Experience leading large consulting teams and transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of AI, Generative AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, Automation, and Emerging Technologies.
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top consulting talent.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leading consulting firms.
• Experience launching new practices, service lines, or business units.
• Strong industry network and executive‑level client relationships.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, Technology Strategy, or Program Management are advantageous.
